About the Founder

Change only works when people are brought along.

I am Oksana Bulawina, founder of Sana Connect GmbH. Born in Kazakhstan and now based in Germany, I combine a structured business perspective with a strong understanding of social and cultural dynamics. My studies in Business Administration with a focus on logistics as well as in social security, inclusion and public administration have given me a unique competence: I understand processes just as well as the people who live them every day.

For more than 15 years, I have been supporting organizations in optimizing processes, successfully implementing digitalization and designing change in a clear and practical way. I work in a structured, reliable and approachable manner – both with executives and operational teams. Experience has taught me: projects rarely fail because of technology, but because people are not brought along. This is exactly where my strength lies: I combine structure, empathy and a hands-on mindset to ensure that change truly works in everyday practice.

My project experience includes the international nuclear industry across the entire nuclear fuel cycle, the Federal Criminal Police Office, Commerzbank as well as the public sector and job centers (with a special focus on working with people with a migration background). In these roles, I have worked as a business analyst, project manager, change manager and consultant, successfully implementing software solutions such as SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors (HR management & recruitment), Tosca (automation software), e-file systems (OPEN PROSOZ), document management systems (DMS), BPM suites, warehouse management systems and time tracking systems. I have also implemented ISO 9001 quality management systems, automated workflows and driven digital transformation initiatives.
